2004-05 Outlook: An indispensable piece of the puzzle for Seton Hall, Sweet will again start at the power forward position... His game really defies positional restrictions; he is crafty and quick enough to handle taller and bigger opponents, and strong enough to take advantage of height advantages when he is guarded by swing players... An opportunistic offensive player, he is always around the ball and has a knack for scoring around the rim... His three-point shot became a weapon for him last year, and the team will count on him to drain some more this season... A solid all-around player.

Seven points and a career-high five assists vs. Duke in the NCAA Tournament... 16 points and nine rebounds at Rutgers (3/7), earning the Joe Calabrese Award as the MVP of the Star Ledger Shootout... 12 points, career-high 15 rebounds at Connecticut (3/1)... Seven points, five rebounds and two blocks vs. Georgetown (2/28)... Tallied seven points, seven rebounds and two assists at Miami (2/24)... Team-high six rebounds but had just five points at Notre Dame (2/14)... Eight points and 10 rebounds vs. Pittsburgh (2/9)... Had 15 points, including a career-high three 3-pointers, vs. Rutgers (2/7)... Broke out at Providence (2/1) with team-high 18 points on 7-of-9 shooting, his highest point output since Dec. 22... Six points and eight boards vs. Virginia Tech (1/24)... Seven points, four rebounds and four assists vs. Syracuse (1/20)... Nine points and five boards at Boston College (1/17)... Netted 12 points and grabbed five rebounds vs. Providence, also had a career-high three steals (1/12/)... Nine points and six rebounds at St. John&Mac226;s (1/10)... Nine boards and season-best four assists at La Salle (1/3)... Had 17 points and six rebounds vs. Rhode Island (1/1)... Shot 5-for-6 and scored 12 points with five rebounds vs. Monmouth (12/30)... Six points and six boards vs. DePaul (12/27)... Career-high 21 points on 9 of 12 shooting vs. Davidson (12/22), adding team-high seven rebounds... Smith on Alleyne
"Shagari still has a ways to go. I think he can be a real difference maker in his ability to block shots and pass from the low post. He's gotten stronger this summer and put on a lot of weight, so that should help his game a lot."
